Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design rationale to executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and champion design system consistency
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and design systems
- Experience in agile environments and designOps workflows
