Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics interpretation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to diverse audiences
