Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Generative AI models like GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze model outputs to ensure they align with business objectives, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Iterative Testing: Create complex test cases and scenarios to identify edge cases and improve model reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, testing methodologies, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into applications.
- Guardrail Implementation: Implement safety measures and constraints to prevent harmful or biased outputs from AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or conversational AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations for AI services.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Creativity: Strong ability to think laterally and creatively to solve complex linguistic challenges.
- Tools: Experience using prompt engineering frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git).
