Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams preferred
