Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability studies to identify pain points
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Analyze user behavior data and A/B test results to optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
