Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize digital experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Remote work experience with asynchronous collaboration tools
