Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and business goals
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements and innovation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and polished designs
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
