Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalable product development
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with business objectives
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities and inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments and design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Remote work experience and exceptional communication skills
