We are urgently looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our Raleigh-based team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user-friendly design, ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful to use.
What You'll Do:
As our UX Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final implementation. You will advocate for our users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover insights and define user personas.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership and development teams.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
