Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics integration
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
