In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user journeys, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver world-class solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Research & Validation: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams during the development phase to ensure design fidelity is maintained and to resolve any technical implementation issues.
- System Building: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all client products and internal tools.
- Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user, championing accessibility and inclusivity in every design decision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a SaaS or product-based environment.
- Portfolio: A strong, visual portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, from research to final delivery.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma (essential), Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
