Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop intuitive interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability studies to uncover user pain points
- Create design systems and maintain consistent brand experiences across platforms
- Present design solutions to executive teams and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (Principle or Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C digital products
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience in fast-paced environments
