Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Healthcare industry knowledge strongly preferred
