Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to deliver user-centered solutions
- Conduct user interviews and behavioral analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Analyze user behavior data and metrics to continuously optimize design solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools with strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proven experience with user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Exceptional visual design skills with mastery of typography, color theory, and information architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with demonstrated ability to manage design sprints
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
