Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping

- Mentor junior designers and maintain our evolving design system documentation
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
- Partner with marketing teams to create cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with motion design skills
- Proven ability to conduct user research, interviews, and competitive analysis
- Strong background in information architecture and interaction design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion metrics
