Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and design systems implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
