Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to cross-functional teams effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the UX field.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools and interaction design principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development is a plus.
