Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools like Jira and Bugzilla.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Conduct manual and automated testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and at least one automation tool (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
