Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
