Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
