Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level products
- Execute high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems

- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design excellence across the organization

Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
