Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for B2B SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level work
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
