Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to uncover insights that drive product strategy.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and professional growth.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design principles in every project.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
