Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop user personas and journey maps to drive data-informed design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Certification in UX (e.g., UXPA, Nielsen Norman) a plus
