Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces and interaction designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent user experience across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews and surveys
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
