As a key player on our product team, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and elegant user solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design specs.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1) standards are met.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and leadership, effectively articulating the "why" behind design decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex design projects.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, components) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to facilitate handoff to developers.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and conducting user testing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
