Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior IT staff.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the CMDB.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
