Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables.
- Design and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all digital touchpoints.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
