Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise networks including Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet systems
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Perform proactive maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Document network architecture changes and create detailed technical documentation
- Lead network upgrade projects while minimizing downtime
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP or higher certification required
- Expert knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP)
- Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-call rotations
