Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and seamless execution
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
