Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-scale language models
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model performance
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production pipelines
- Create documentation and training materials for internal prompt engineering standards
- Lead workshops to cross-functional teams on prompt best practices
- Research emerging LLM techniques and contribute to innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or enterprise LLM APIs
