Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Analyze user data to drive design decisions and improvements
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
