Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven design approaches
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement/conversion rates
