In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and intuitive user experiences, leading the design strategy for our next generation of SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of solving complex user problems with elegant design solutions.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
