You'll work at the intersection of public policy and private innovation, shaping data strategies that impact millions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive insights for government contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to C-level executives and government officials with compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize data-driven strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with federal government or regulated industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of executive-level dashboards
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
