Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and clean data from various sources.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and solve complex analytical problems.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
