Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conduct A/B tests and campaign analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain and improve data integrity across multiple platforms including Snowflake and Redshift
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
