Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings into design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect execution.
