Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web/mobile applications using industry-standard equipment
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with provided design tools
- Collaborate with product teams to align design with business objectives
- Maintain and evolve our design system while mentoring junior designers
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for design implementation collaboration
- Certification in UX (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
