Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects for fintech clients
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers via JIRA
- Maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- mentor junior designers through design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech design
- Certification in UX Research or Interaction Design
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS for handoff optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics integration
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
