Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for threat detection and incident response

- Analyze malware, intrusion attempts, and security breaches to prevent recurrence
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in security operations center (SOC) environments
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH) or equivalent demonstrable skills
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, firewalls)
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST CSF, SANS)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
