Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Create detailed test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Analyze defects using JIRA and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
- Conduct API testing with Postman and REST-assured
- Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Java/Python for test automation frameworks
- Experience with SQL database testing and data validation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credential
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
