Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including usability testing and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
