Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for healthcare SaaS platforms, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create accessible, responsive interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 standards
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie)
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies including usability testing and journey mapping
- Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries preferred
- Expertise in responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
