Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executives clearly and persuasively.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
