Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex design systems
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
