Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in designing within Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Experience with user research methodologies and wireframing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
