Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business objectives
- Create compelling design documentation and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research methodologies and measurable design outcomes
- Proficiency in interaction design principles and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
