Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues via remote and on-site support
- Implement network security protocols and monitor system performance
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related user inquiries
- Perform network backups and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless networking protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostic tools
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
