Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform routine network audits, network documentation, and reporting to ensure system integrity.
- Ensure network security and data integrity by implementing appropriate security protocols and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software network issues, providing timely remote and on-site support.
- Collaborate with IT management to upgrade network infrastructure and implement new technologies.
- Manage cabling infrastructure, including fiber optics and structured cabling systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and remote diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible environment.
